10 Days Marhgerita Peak Climbing

Upon your arrival we will pick you and and transport will be ready waiting at Entebbe Airport, drive about 30 to 45 mins to Kampala town to the hotel the Capital city of Uganda. BB

After early break fast, transport will be ready, to a long drive to Kasese Town, base town where you spend your evening Dinner and overnight in a Hotel. BB

After Break fast, our Guide will pick you from your hotel for a short drive to the gate,where you check inn,meet your porters, climbing gears will be checked, and if you dont have the climbing gears they are are available for hire at the gate, this is where you start you hiking from (1646M), walk through typical mud and wattle. Lunch en route to Nyabitaba hut (2652M) for evening ,dinner and overnight.

After breakfast depart Nyabitaba, drop to kurt shaffer bridge crossing below the confluence of Bujuku and Mubuku rivers. Climb the Central Circuit anticlockwise passing the muddy slippery trail through the bamboo forest to John Matte hut (3414M), Lunch en route, dinner and overnight at the camp.

Break fast in the camp, get ready for your first real experience of jumping from Tussoc to Tussoc could have been tasted, thanks to board, walk to the round metal uni port the Bigo hut. Crossing the river Bujuku the view of Mt Baker on the South, Mt Stanley to the West and Mt Speke to the North is soo… attracting, it gets muddy again to Bujuku hut (3962M).lunch en route Dinner and overnight at the Camp.

After break fast leave Bujuku camp, passing through the the magical Moss draped Groundssel vegetation, pass upto (4372M) to Scott Elliot. The last section is on slippery rocks and in a clear day you will be able to see Magherita Peak. Dinner and over night at Elena hut (4430M)

Wake up at 3:30, and after a cup of tea and some biscuits,start attempt Margarita peak( 5109m) from summit return to Elena hut for Lunch, and some little rest then descend down to Kitandara hut (4023M) passing the dramatic “impact craters” caused by larger rocks falling from the above. Dinner and over night at the Camp

After break fast hike the steep but lovely hour long climb fro (4023M) to (4282M) to the fresh field pass through beautiful high Alpine mossy glades and mud down to Guy yeoman hut (3261M), for dinner and overnight.

After break fast descend to Nyabitaba camp for lunch, then leave the mountain to Nyakalengija village, where you say good bye to the porters and transfer will be waiting to drop you to the Hotel at Kasese town, for the evening,hot shower, cold Ugandan beer,dinner and over night.

after break fast, we will transfer you to Entebbe airport, passing Kampala City or If times allows short safaris in Uganda can be organized, where you get to see the Animals and lots of birds before your departure.
